As a result of promotion, after two years, the company now requires an experienced Market Development Manager for their Construction and Industrial Division. A varied national and Asia/Pacific focused role that interfaces between manufacturing and servicing and the end user you will be responsible for the following;

Developing, planning and implementing business and marketing strategies that improve customer service delivery and sales growth of on and off road vehicles and servicing within mining, construction and agriculture

Developing and retaining strategic internal and external relationships that facilitate the sales and marketing plan.

Working with senior management team for product development, marketing and strategy implementation
-
Supporting and mentoring regional sales teams to achieve sales objectives
-
Contract and service level agreement negotiation
The successful candidate will have strong business development and marketing experience at a strategic b2b level and theoretical/practical experience in engineering applications, mining, agriculture or construction. You should also be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence and proven ability to present at board level and prepare business reports and presentations

Strong strategic sales ability, demonstrating strong relationship building and retention skills sustained with integrity and honesty
